They are looking for an inspiring and dynamic leader to join them as a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee Leadership & Support hiring needs across Latin America geography. The person in this role works at a strategic level to best align the recruiting needs of the vertical and location, build solutions for those needs, and executes. This Manager serves as a subject matter expert within the field of Talent Acquisition and continually delivers results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership hiring or high-volume talent acquisition management role
• Experience recruiting B2 level (or higher) English resources
• Thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs, and a clear vision of how to measure performance and success
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles
NICE TO HAVES
• experience sourcing leadership roles in a Service Delivery or Contact Center industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
