We are seeking a VP Sales, APAC (based in Singapore) to lead the commercial growth of a market-leading video technology and media services portfolio across one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving regions in the global media industry
This role sits at the centre of a newly restructured global Media Tech Services division, designed to accelerate growth across cloud-based video platforms, streaming infrastructure, and next-generation media delivery solutions. The Middle East represents a high-growth, strategically critical region with significant investment across broadcast, telecom, streaming, and digital media platforms. This role will define how the business scales across that landscape.
You will be responsible for building and executing the regional go-to-market strategy across the Middle East, working directly with major broadcasters, telecom operators, national media groups, and emerging streaming platforms. You will operate at C-suite level from day one, engaging with senior decision-makers across the region to position complex, high-value technology solutions that support the industry's transition from traditional broadcast to IP and cloud-based delivery
The role is highly consultative in nature, supported by a global bench of senior industry advisors and technical specialists who will help open doors and accelerate access into key accounts. Your focus will be on converting that access into structured pipeline, and pipeline into long-term, multi-million-dollar revenue growth across both new and existing customers
You will own full regional accountability for revenue performance across the Media Tech Services portfolio, including cloud video platforms and streaming infrastructure solutions. This includes responsibility for the commercial pipeline end-to-end, from early-stage engagement and solution shaping through to contract negotiation, forecasting accuracy, and deal closure. You will also be responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships across the most influential media organisations in the region
A key part of the role will involve building and leading a high-performing regional sales organisation. You will establish a strong consultative sales culture, coach teams on complex solution selling, and ensure consistent execution across all key accounts. In addition, you will act as a visible industry leader for the business across major regional events such as CABSAT, IBC, and other media and technology forums, helping to shape market perception and thought leadership in the region
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience selling video technology, streaming infrastructure, media platforms, or ad-tech solutions into complex enterprise media environments. You will have a proven track record of closing large-scale, multi-million-dollar deals, as well as expanding strategic enterprise accounts from early-stage engagement through to long-term growth
You will be commercially sharp, highly consultative, and naturally comfortable operating at executive level. You will understand how buying decisions are made across broadcasters, telecoms, and streaming platforms in the Middle East, and you will already have an established network within the regional media ecosystem. You will thrive in environments where credibility, relationships, and long-term value creation matter more than transactional selling.
Success in this role will be defined by your ability to rapidly establish a credible regional footprint, build strong executive relationships across priority accounts, and deliver sustained revenue growth across both new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion. Within the first 12 months, you will be expected to build a strong pipeline multiple aligned to regional targets and establish the foundations of a scalable, high-performing sales organisation in Dubai
