Customer Success Manager (Pre-Sales & Solutions) Enterprise SaaS | Streaming & Media Technology | Customer-Facing Technical Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Pre-Sales & Solutions team. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solutions consulting, and technical pre-sales — supporting enterprise clients across innovative SaaS and live streaming environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring customers successfully onboard, adopt, and scale the platform, while identifying opportunities for growth and delivering an exceptional client experience

Key Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationships for key enterprise clients across SaaS and live streaming solutions
• Lead onboarding, activation, and ongoing product adoption journeys
• Monitor usage metrics to proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and escalation support
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
• Run structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with key clients
• Develop and maintain clear onboarding documentation and success playbooks for new customers

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6+ years experience in one or more of the following:
  • Customer Success
  • Solutions Consulting
  • Pre-Sales Engineering
• Experience within SaaS, AI, Media Technology, Speech Technology, or Localization preferred
• Strong technical understanding (APIs, workflows, system integrations preferred)
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in speech AI, dubbing, or media streaming workflows
• Familiarity with SaaS analytics and usage data interpretation
• Experience supporting live, real-time, or high-availability platforms
