Associate Software Engineer – Full Stack

About the Role
We’re looking for early-career Full Stack Software Engineers with a passion for building high-quality software on Linux and cloud platforms. You’ll join a collaborative engineering team working on cutting-edge management and orchestration solutions within the video and broadcast technology space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and test new features within an agile (scrum) environment
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, and code reviews
• Collaborate in daily stand-ups to share progress and unblock challenges
• Demonstrate new features to internal stakeholders
• Support final testing and release cycles
• Contribute to automation across build, test, and deployment processes
• Develop software for Linux-based environments using modern tooling

Tech Stack & Tools
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, including:

• Languages: Java, Python, TypeScript, Bash
• Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Django REST, Angular/React
• Databases: PostgreSQL (or similar)
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Other: REST APIs, MVC patterns, Git, Linux environments

• Strong fundamentals in computer science (operating systems, networking, databases)
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Interest or experience in cloud technologies and modern software development practices
