Customer Success Leader – Streaming & Media Technology
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Customer Success Leader to join a fast-growing media technology company focused on OTT (Over-The-Top) video solutions

This role is perfect for professionals in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales who thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with customers to solve complex challenges.
About the Role Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success & Analytics, you will:

• Drive value assurance and reporting: Oversee the delivery of major projects, manage program planning, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Build customer relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, anticipate customer needs, address concerns, and provide guidance to maximize value realization.
• Lead customer onboarding and training: Ensure smooth implementation of products, support training programs, and drive adoption and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to advocate for customers, support product enhancements, and align initiatives with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to build deep relationships with customers and help them achieve business goals.
• Strong technology aptitude, including experience with software development, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.
• Excellent project and program management skills: able to lead teams, orchestrate cross-functional work, meet deadlines, and manage risks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, humility, and self-starter mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking, able to translate platform and industry insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and partners.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of OTT video platforms and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Science, or equivalent experience.
