Junior Customer Success Manager / Project Manager
Location: New Zealand

About the Client:
Our client is a rapidly growing technology company at the forefront of the media and entertainment industry. They collaborate with leading broadcasters, streaming services, and sports brands to deliver exceptional digital experiences. As they expand globally, they are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager / Project Manager to help support and streamline delivery across key client accounts
 
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited to develop in a client-facing, project-driven environment. You’ll play a critical role in driving internal processes, managing procurement workflows, supporting contract administration, and ensuring successful client engagement from onboarding through to delivery
 
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Project Coordination

• Support day-to-day client communications and help coordinate tasks across internal teams.
• Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.

Process Management & Procurement

• Track and support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and monitoring vendor activity.
• Ensure timely approvals and documentation are aligned with internal policies.
• Help identify process bottlenecks and contribute to workflow improvements across teams.

Contract & Documentation Support

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and tracking customer and vendor contracts, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Organise and maintain an up-to-date contract repository and client documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure contractual obligations are followed.

Customer Success Support

• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring that key milestones are tracked and met.
• Monitor early-stage performance metrics and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to internal customer success reporting and client review preparation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product, commercial, and legal teams to support cross-team deliverables.
• Track and manage inter-team dependencies to keep workstreams aligned and on track.

About You:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a project coordination, operations, customer success, or support role.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and build trust quickly.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, or Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to procurement workflows or vendor onboarding processes.
• Experience working with or around legal or contract documentation.
• Interest or experience in digital media, broadcasting, or OTT platforms.
• Familiarity with software development workflows or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
