We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, clinical collaboration, and patient safety, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment during evening hours. You will play a critical role in medication management, clinical review, and supporting both patients and the care team.
Pay Range: $52.26 to $67.80 per hour Shift: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Shift Differentials:
$5 per hour for night shifts worked between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am
$2 per hour for weekend shifts and hours worked on weekends
Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance may be available. Details to be confirmed with HR. Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Active State of Florida Pharmacist license required
One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technicians and clinical staff

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care using sound clinical judgment.
Complete monthly inspections accurately and on time.
Maintain exceptional accuracy and minimize medication variances.
Review medication profiles for completeness, safety, interactions, and clinical appropriateness.
Identify and document interventions, adverse drug reactions, and variances.
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
Participate in clinical, educational, or quality initiatives such as case presentations, P&T projects, DUEs, policy development, or training.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and information-release requirements.
Use pharmacy information systems effectively to support safe patient care.
Apply creative problem-solving skills and assist with additional duties as needed.
