HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance recruitment. This role is an opportunity ideal for an experienced Senior Case Manager, Rehab Consultant or RTW specialist who is seeking autonomy and to work with a close knit team driven by positive return to work results.

• Opportunity to include clinical responsibilities if required
• $95,000 - $110,000 (experience dependent) + super + car/travel allowance
• Flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week

This is a permanent full-time role based North West Sydney .

The role

• Drive positive return to work outcomes whilst working with Case Managers, Rehab Providers, Brokers across a portfolio of approximately 30 claims 
• Guiding, coaching, and negotiating Return To Work, claims management strategies & treatment approvals on physical injuries.
• Support non work related injuries and work closely with safety to support injury prevention
• Visiting multiple sites and facilitating leadership training improving the capability of the business

About you

• Allied Health Degree highly regarded - Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy 
• Previous experience in Worker Compensation essential with a strong understanding of claims
• Confident building relationships, managing priorities and able to work autonomously 
• A strategic approach to problem solving with a high level written and verbal communication skills
