Insurance Broker (Account Manager or Senior Account Manager) | Gold Coast | Hybrid
 
HAYLO People are specialists in General Insurance recruitment. We are partnering with a high-growth, reputable brokerage on the Gold Coast to appoint an Account Manager to drive business growth.

This is a hybrid account management and sales role, suited to a quality broker who enjoys long-term client relationships, proactive portfolio management, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

• Salary: $120k - $140k + Super (based on experience)

The role:

• Deliver end-to-end account management including new business development, renewals, market placement, and client servicing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive portfolio management
• Work closely with internal Account Executives, Assistants, and claims support in a growing team
• Collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance solutions

About you:

• Tier 1 qualification required (Diploma desirable)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience managing a general insurance portfolio
• Proven experience across a broad mix of general insurance risks
• Strong client relationship management, sales and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and service-focused
• Collaborative working style and positive contribution to team culture
