You will lead and design a national governance, audit and compliance framework within Workers’ Compensation, supporting operational excellence and ensuring full contractual and legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a national compliance, audit, and governance framework within workers compensation.
• Lead and mentor a compliance and risk team to deliver on key objectives.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and risk assessments across national operations.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive compliance culture and best practice.
• Ensure all operations align with legal, contractual, and internal standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience working across multiple Australian Workers’ Compensation legislative frameworks
• Experience in self-insurance or statutory benefits systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
