HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, we are partnered with a leading Claims Management company who are growing rapidly in the Travel division across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. 

Our client is highly regarded in the insurance market and are currently seeking experienced Personal Accident Claims Consultants for their high-performing team. 

The Role: 

• Permanent Opportunities Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane CBD 
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Supporting customers with the Expat + Inpat Claims

As a Personal Accident Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Account Managing Personal Accident clients
• Working closely with the Technical Manager to make decision's whilst you are providing exceptional customer service managing portfolio of claims from beginning to end.
• Assessing Liability and requesting further information where required
• Calculating benefit amounts and financial exposure
• Efficient and exceptional customer service to multiple stakeholder
• Management of claims through to finalisation
• Interpretation and application of varying policy terms
• Empathic and caring communication (written and verbal)

About You:

• Essential Insurance industry claims background
• Expat / Inpat Claims Experience desired.
• Travel, Corporate and Leisure Travel preferred however general ins can be considered.
• A forward thinking, excellent customer service claims consultant with the drive, empathy and diligence to support customers throughout the claims process.
