We are looking for a Duck Creek Billing Tech Lead with deep experience in general insurance and a strong track record of leading the technical architecture of DC Billing Implementation. In this role, you’ll oversee a small team, and P&C product design & implementation using Duck Creek.

As an Duck Creek Billing Tech Lead, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the end to end implementation, enhancement, and support of Duck Creek Billing solutions within client environments.
• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable Billing configurations and integrations.
• Oversee billing configuration including invoicing, payment plans, fees, write offs, refunds, dunning, disbursements, and billing rules.
• Design and develop custom components, APIs, and integrations with external systems such as policy, claims, finance, and payment gateways.
• Provide hands on technical leadership across configuration, development, data migration, and testing activities.
• Review solution designs, code, and configuration to ensure alignment with Duck Creek standards, best practices, and client expectations.
• Drive platform upgrades, patch applications, performance optimisation, and environment migration strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:

• Duck creek Certified and experience in 8.x platform
• Exposure of end-to-end integrations and technical architecture of DC Billing Implementation
• Exposure of working in Production Support and maintenance and resolution if L2 and L3 tickets.
• Strong Duck Creek expertise.
• Strong Debugging skills.
• Good knowledge on Insurance domain preferably P & C.
