The role:

• Claims Management Optimisation: Streamline claims processes through a process of design and implementation 
• Strengthen relationships: Partner with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to get the best results possible for the business
• Technical Specialism: Use your technical expertise to be the 'go to' within the business when it comes to Motor Claims

About you:

• Strong experience and knowledge within motor claims 
• Experience in making changes to internal processes, specifically within the claims management process
• The ability to grow and strengthen relationships both within the company and within partnering businesses
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear, team-focused approach.
• Experience leading a team
