HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance recruitment. We have partnered with a long standing and highly recommended Self Insurer who are seeking a well experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to join their close-knit team

• Manage approximately 35 claims across NSW state legislation
• Develop as a business partner, working closely with safety, HR and site operations

The Role:

• Manage an allocated claims portfolio within legislative, self-insurance, and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost effective RTW (return to work) outcomes.
• Engage with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement, and continuous improvement in claims management. 
• Identify, escalate, and manage high risk and business sensitive claims in accordance with the relevant state process.     
• Conduct timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated, and achieved.

About You:

• Have strong existing experience in managing claims within worker’s compensation across NSW state Legislation including experience with litigated and complex cases.
• Be a commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management.
• Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving.
• Collaborative stakeholder management skills to liaise with SIRA, IRO, PIC, Legal and Rehab Providers & internal departments
• Comfortable working between Parramatta, Liverpool and Sydney CBD

• $120,000 - 138,000 + super (experience dependent)
