This role is ideal for an experienced Paralegal - workers compensation professional with strong knowledge of the NSW legislation who have a passion in building processes and capability into teams

As a Contract Paralegal you will be the subject matter expert supporting the organisation with all aspects of workers compensation experience. 

This is a competitive contract, full-time role with a Hybrid working arrangement from home and in the heart of Sydney CBD. 
  
The Role:

• Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed.
• Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved.
• Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

• Strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme.
• Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
• Superior time management and negotiating skills
• Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in coaching and supporting others
• Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
