HAYLO People are experts in General Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with an established brand and market leader that is looking to hire a new Branch Manager in the Mid-North Coast of NSW. You can expect to work with a skilled and professional team that supports one another and strives to provide excellent service.

As the Branch Manager you will be an crucial part of the team, with your 3 main responsibilities being split between:

• Leadership
• Business development and Operations
• Loss Adjusting

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 4 direct reports
• Manage a caseload of high value claims within a strong, existing client base across a variety of client-types
• Develop your client base within the local market ensuring you offer an excellent service
• Be involved in the runnings of the business unit, including managing the Profit and Loss

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience within Loss Adjusting (essential)
• Self motivated, reliable, strong work ethic
• Personable, with strong communication skills both written and verbal
• A 'can-do' attitude with the desire to take on a challenge

Benefits:

• Salary between $110,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on experience level)
