HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry and are seeking a well experienced National Injury Manager who is ready to lead the operational function of an Australian wide operation.

We are looking for someone excited by continuous improvement who has supported the build of strategic direction and who can remain hands on claims.

 
The Role: 

• Provide technical expertise across all states and support the business in re-defining their return to work plans and procedures whilst training operational leaders. 
• Manage relationships with insurers, service providers and external parties and identifying best possible early intervention strategies to achieve the best outcomes. 
• Reporting to executive level leaders whilst working closely with Safety and Human Resources to drive positive change.
• Supporting the return to work of injured workers as quickly and as safely as possible back into the workplace. 

About you: 

• Multi State Based Experience required with proven employer based Workers Compensation Injury and Claims experience
• An Allied Health Degree in; Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehabilitation desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with executive level leaders and board of directors
• Ability to manage a portfolio of claims and deal with multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proven experience in coaching and training on return to work and rehabilitation programs 

Benefits

• Salary $125,000 - $140,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
• Flex start and finish times - 4 days in office
