HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance recruitment. We have partnered with a long standing self insurer who are seeking experienced Workers Compensation Senior Case Managers or a Quality Assurance or Compliance specialist to join their team in Southern Sydney.

With flexible working and a hybrid role (remote considered based on experience)

The Role:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily compliance activities to strong performance against compliance requirements and KPI’s
• Coach, train and upskill staff with tailored continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide senior support in portfolio management during peak periods, planned and unplanned leave
• Ensure accountability on actions delegated
• Coordinate action plans to assist the Claims team ensuring compliance with SIRA

About You:

• Have strong existing experience in managing claims within worker’s compensation (Self Insurance Experience Desired)
• Confident to relay constructive feedback and encourage team collaboration and upskilling
• High attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Evidence of mentorship and coaching experience within previous workers compensation roles.
