At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment across Personal Injury and General Insurance. We’ve partnered with a leading Underwriting Agency who are currently looking for a clains handler with experience in either Property, Strata or Landlord Claims.
The Role:
Manage property, contents and landlord claims end-to-end.
Build meaningful relationships with the insured, the brokers and service suppliers
Take proactive steps to progress claims efficiently while meeting internal benchmarks and turnaround times in line with service expectations.
Operate within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, legal obligations, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:
A minimum of 2 years in general insurance claims, with good knowledge of property, strata or landlord insurance products.
