Our client is experiencing strong growth and expanding its footprint across NSW and WA. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant looking to step into a people leadership role and take their career to the next level.

The Role:

• Coach, mentor and lead a team of provisional and registered OTs, Physios and Rehab Consultant 
• Manage a small caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services, supporting clients to return to their previous and new employment
• Providing regular, consistent, and high-quality communication to stakeholders to provide the best possible outcomes

About you:

• Allied Health Background
• 4+ years of rehab consultant experience 
• Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and/or leading Rehabilitation Consultants/Counsellors
• A true team player with proven coaching, mentoring or leadership experience
