This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work from home 2 days per week based in the Melbourne or Sydney CBD.   

The Role:

• Support claimants through each stage of the claims process managing on a portfolio of 30 cyber claims
• Provide a proactive claims management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management
• Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement
• Build and maintain rapport with law firms and clients.
• Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes

Benefits

• Salary (experience dependent): $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
• Flexible working hours & Hybrid working up to 2 days at home
• Christmas leave, in addition to Annual Leave

About you

• An experienced liability claims consultant, paralegal or legal assistant with a law degree
• Someone who is passionate about cyber insurance and learning the emerging market
• An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
• A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
