HAYLO People are specialists in General Insurance and Personal Injury and Safety recruitment, we have partnered with a established and dynamic Insurance broker who are long serving and seeking the support of a support coordinator.

This is a permanent role which would suit a student, graduate or existing office administrator who is seeking an opportunity to learn, develop and progress within a fun-loving and high-performing environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the office and facilities
• Supporting Senior Management and HR with onboarding, events, meetings and catering
• Supporting and coordinating Events
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment

About you

• Existing experience in customer service, office administration and/or hospitality
• Confident to diary manage to coordinate internal and external meetings
• Organised to provide administrative support to the team and senior management
• High level of communication skills, written and verbal
