We're partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage in Brisbane CBD to recruit an Account Executive within their broking division. These roles offer the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of around $700,000.
 
The role: 

• Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met.
• Collect and evaluate underwriting information to understand clients' risk profiles and foresee their insurance needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to ensure mutual satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide Risk Management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge
• Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all clients
• Support and drive new business opportunities, develop client networks
• Stay informed on industry/market trends
• Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients, and colleagues.

About You:

• Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking, or higher
• Min 3 years in a broking role, with exposure to BizPack, General Lines, Construction desired but not essential
• Well-versed in new business generation and administration, both with new clients to the business and building out existing product lines.
• Knowledge of compliance processes and willingness to adhere to standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.
• A drive for continuous learning, development, and embracing new challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to different areas within insurance, whether you're experienced in one area or keen to broaden your skill set.
• The ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
