Expression of Interest – HSE Contractors

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Contractors to join our network for upcoming projects across various industries, including construction, mining, energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

As demand grows, we are partnering with clients who value safety-first cultures and require skilled HSE specialists to lead, support, and drive compliance and continuous improvement across sites and operations.

Roles May Include:

• HSE Advisors / Officers
• Senior HSE Consultants
• WHS Coordinators
• Site Safety Representatives
• Environmental Advisors
• Auditors & Investigators

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining WHS & environmental management systems
• Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
• Supporting site teams to achieve safety and compliance goals
• Developing and delivering HSE training and inductions
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative and client requirements
• Driving a positive safety culture on-site and across operations

About You:

• Minimum 2–5 years of HSE experience in relevant industry
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science, or related field
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to dynamic site environments
• Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (desirable)
• ICAM or similar incident investigation training (advantageous)
• Current driver's licence and right to work in Australia
