The Role: Candidate Manager As a Candidate Manager, you’ll partner with a seasoned recruiter to find the perfect match between job seekers and employers. Your role is all about
people – building rapport, having real conversations, and guiding candidates through every step of their job search.
This isn’t a desk-bound role – it’s dynamic, people-focused, and purpose-driven. You’ll help candidates prepare for interviews, coach them through decisions, and play a key part in transforming careers.
