The Role

• Be the first point of contact for clients, responding professionally and referring when needed outside your authority.
• Assess risk and evaluate applications in line with underwriting guidelines, documenting all actions clearly in client files.
• Ensure accuracy and timelines by following underwriting procedures, meeting key business targets, and maintaining a proactive diary system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying system efficiencies, escalating issues, and supporting your team with ad-hoc tasks.

About You

• Proven experience in customer service 
• Confident problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Clear, professional communicator with a strong customer-first mindset
