We're working with a well-established insurance brokerage in Sydney CBD and Parramatta to recruit Account Executives for their Commercial SME, Mid-Market, and Strata teams. They are also open to Senior Account Executives who are looking to take on additional responsibilities.

The role: 

• Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met.
• Collect and evaluate information to understand clients' risk profiles and foresee their insurance needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to ensure mutual satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide Risk Management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge
• Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all clients
• Support and drive new business opportunities, develop client networks
• Stay informed on industry/market trends
• Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues.

About You:

• Hold a Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking
• Strong foundation in the insurance industry with hands-on broking experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proactive approach to learning, development, and taking on new challenges
• Flexibility to adapt to different areas within insurance, whether you’re experienced in one area or keen to broaden your skill set.
• The ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
