We’re currently partnering with a leading national insurer to recruit experienced Case Managers or Return-to-Work Specialist to manage a diverse Queensland portfolio within a self-insured environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your workers compensation expertise into a role that values autonomy, professional growth, and strategic impact. The Brisbane-based team offers a flexible work environment, and is open to candidates working fully remotely anywhere within QLD.

 
The role:

• Supporting injured workers through each stage of the claims process.
• Manage RTW plans and work closely with internal stakeholders 
• Providing a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
• Work closely with your business unit leaders for discussions around strategies and be open to receiving ideas and feedback. 
• Focus on what matters with much of the admin taken off your workload to allow you to stay focused on proactive case management and RTW outcomes.
• This role isn't heavily driven by automated task management, you are empowered to drive RTW outcome and interactions vs task management. 

About you

• An experienced case manager or RTW specialist with workers compensation knowledge in either scheme or self-insurance.
• You will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
• You will excel in speaking to people and be a strong communicator across verbal and written, providing consistent updates.
• Have a genuine, caring nature that put people at the heart of what you do.
• An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
