HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for a well experienced Return to Work Coordinator, Injury management specialist Or Occupational Rehabilitation specialist who enjoys supporting injured workers with their recovery and identifying ways to support RTW.

• $110,000 - 115,000 + super + benefits

Duties will include:

• Manage key relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, i.e department leaders, HR, safety, insurers, injured workers, rehab providers.
• Develop and coordinating treatment and return to work plans for both physical and psychological injuries within a timely and proactive manner.
• Work flexibly and hybridly whilst also visiting local sites in NSW.
• Prepare reports for senior management whilst ensure file records are kept up-to-date.

To be successful you will:

• Have an Allied Health Qualification (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehab Consultant, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologist) or Have 2+ years or employer RTW/Case Management.
• Showcase an ability to be self motivated, organised and with strong communication skills
• Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation in NSW legislation
• Have an intermediate level in computer literacy or above
