The Role
As a Property and liability Claims Consultant, your duties will include but are not be limited to:

• Manage end-to-end property and liability claims within the SME sector.
• Coordinating between various stakeholders keeping them informed of the claims process from start to finish.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Location: Melbourne CBD (Work from home - 2 days per week)
• Salary: Up to $95k plus superannuation

You
To be successful in this role you will offer:

• Minimum 2 years experience in property and liability claims ideally within the SME sector
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Be able to work autonomously, managing your own workload
