HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager, Technical Specialist or Injury Management Advisor to join a well established, professional broker who take pride in having fun along the way.

Based from Sydney CBD, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through policy management, renewals, claims processes, and risk assessment.

Duties Include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of workers' compensation policies, from initial underwriting submissions to policy renewals.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes in workers' compensation insurance and advise clients on maintaining policy compliance.
• Educate clients about workers' compensation coverage, benefits, and claims processes to foster clear understanding.
• Act as a problem solver and mediator in cases of claims disputes, policy concerns, or coverage inquiries.

To Be Successful:

• Existing Workers Compensation Claims Management Essential
• Confident in stakeholder influencing and negotiation critical
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
• A positive, growth mindset attitude!
