HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. Currently, we are currently seeking an Account Manager to join a multi-national brokerage, role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance broking (specifically in real estate) and exposure to a diverse range of commercial risks. The role offers an excellent platform for managing your own client portfolio and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Salary of up to $140,000

The role: 

• Take full ownership and management of a $600K income portfolio within a highly successful real estate practice.
• Review and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and assess risk exposure within the portfolio, ensuring appropriate coverage and recommendations for adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure a seamless and comprehensive service offering.
• Serve as a senior team member, providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues.

• Hold a Tier 1 insurance qualification.
• Eager to develop, learn, and play a key role within the team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines.
• A true team player who supports colleagues and enjoys helping others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
