HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. Currently, we are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a multi-national brokerage located in the heart of Melbourne.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a minimum of three years' experience in insurance broking (specifically in real estate) and exposure to a diverse range of commercial risks. The role offers an excellent platform for managing your own client portfolio and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Salary of up to $110,000

The role: 

• Handle a variety of tasks encompassing account management, servicing, and administration.
• Reviewing and managing policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues
• Working closely with underwriters, and claims adjusters, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive service offering
• Engage in training and mentorship sessions to enhance technical expertise

About you:

• Hold a Tier 1 insurance qualification
• Eager to develop, learn, and play a key role in the team
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines
• A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to client service excellence
