The role:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of Domestic Property and Strata claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
• Make timely and accurate indemnity decisions in line with company policies, industry standards, and legislation.
• Document claims processes and outcomes thoroughly, negotiate settlements confidently, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement through technical expertise and professional development, contributing to a high-quality claims experience.

About you

• Experience in either domestic or commercial claims
• Independent workers with a strong initiative and a team player
• Passionate about the insurance industry and looking to grow a career in a small underwriter to make a difference
