HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, we have partnered with an Underwriting Agency who are expanding and looking to drive growth in Melbourne, with a new Insurance Business Development Manager/Underwriter.

This new opportunity is a fantastic chance for someone with sales and leadership experience develop within the Insurance industry. Our client is a leader in their specialised field, and the projected growth of the business makes it an exciting time to join this reputable agency with this new Business Development role.

Duties Include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Responsible for the day-to-day growth of portfolios.
• Achieve new business targets.
• Work closely with Underwriting team.
• Represent the organisation at industry events to enhance market presence
• Active participation in business development activities.

To Be Successful:

• At least 5 years sales experience.
• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach.
• A positive, growth mindset attitude!
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, strategic and results-driven approach.
