HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, we have partnered with an Underwriting Agency who are seeking an eager & motivated Senior Financial Lines Underwriter.

This new opportunity allows you to bring your experience in Financial Lines Underwriting to assist in the accomplishment of goals established by a specialist agency, focusing mainly on Professional Indemnity insurance.

Duties Include:

• Underwriting new business for PI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Responsible for the day-to-day underwriting of our portfolios.
• Achieve new business targets within underwriting authority.
• Maintains awareness of claim activity with assigned book and communicates with adjusters as needed.
• Active participation in business development activities.

To Be Successful:

• At least 5 years Financial Lines Underwriting experience
• High degree of technical underwriting ability
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
• A positive, growth mindset attitude!
