HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. Currently, we are currently seeking an Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive to join a national brokerage located in the heart of Parramatta.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a minimum of two years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting, managing a diverse range of commercial risks. It’s essential to have a Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualification, with a strong desire to work towards achieving a Tier 1 qualification. This role provides an excellent platform for overseeing your own client portfolio and ensuring smooth operations

The role: 

• Handle a variety of tasks encompassing account management, servicing, and administration.
• Reviewing and managing policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues.
• Working closely with underwriters, and claims adjusters, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive service offering.
• Engage in training and mentorship sessions to enhance technical expertise.

  
About you:

• Hold a Tier 1 insurance qualification, or have a Tier 2 qualification with a strong desire to obtain Tier 1
• Eager to develop, learn, and play a key role in the team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines.
• A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to client service excellence
