HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking a Case Manager to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known brands in a supportive and forward-thinking claims team. Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on proactive case management.

Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working and be a key member of the team located in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane working full-time hours.

The role:

• Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims within legislative, self-insurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective outcomes.
• Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.   
• Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved.

About you: 

• Ideally, have existing experience in managing claims from Workers compensation or CTP
• A commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management
• Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving
• Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally
