This agency is continuously expanding and is in search of an experienced Product & Underwriting Manager to contribute to the development of new products and explore emerging opportunities.

The role:

• Managing and enhancing the suite of existing insurance products and developing new products
• Market research
• Partner with distribution to develop go-to-market strategies
• profitability analysis
• Optimising product offerings that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Developing the technical capabilities of the business by sharing knowledge, coaching and serving as the primary technical resource for insurance partner interactions, business projects and product related enquiries.

About you

• 5+ Years insurance market experience across Underwriting/Product/Operations
• A track record of streamlining processes and improving operational efficiencies
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles and policy structure
• The ability to analyse trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear, team-focused approach
