HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for an experienced Case Manager, Senior Case Manager or Rehab Consultant, Rehab Counsellor (Original Employer Services) in Workers Compensation to join a leading insurer in Victoria.
Duties will include:
Managing a small portfolio of high-risk injury claims, supporting injured workers and employers with their recovery, RTW and return to health
Collaborating and working strategically with the claims teams
Supporting Senior Case Managers with regular claim conferencing
Using a person-centred approach & demonstrating professionalism, provide an understanding of the workers situation and their needs
To be successful you will:
Workers Compensation scheme Claims Management experience, or significant RTW knowledge and experience
Knowledge of Personal Injury Management concepts relating to Victoria’s Workers Compensation Scheme
Proven working experience in case management and an Allied Health Degree desired
You have sensitivity and high-level interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Effective communication skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills
Benefits:
Full-time permanent role
Flexible working with 2 days in the Melbourne CBD office and 3 days working from home
Salary (experience dependent): up to $98,000 plus super
