We are seeking an experienced Estimator or Loss Adjustor to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known Third- Party Administrators in Australia. Based in Sydney,  Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis.

• Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Super + Car + Phone and Laptop + Bonus
• Location: Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm 

The role

• Play a key role in restoring customers’ properties, delivering exceptional claims support.
• Stakeholder management; managing relationships with the insured, insurers and third-party builder
• Conduct Strata site inspections, assess damage, and coordinate trades and specialists.
• Provide a seamless, end-to-end claims experience with confidence and expertise.

About you

• Competent with Loss Adjusting for Strata or Strata claims management process
• Growth mindset and accountable for your own learning, taking advantage of learning and development programs.
• Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Be self-driven and supportive to help drive team performance.
• Previous experience in mentoring a team is preferred but not required.
