HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with a leading self-insurer to find an experienced and proactive Return to Work (RTW) Advisor. 

This is an ongoing temporary assignment for up to 6 months, with potential for permanency after that. The position is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per weeks.

The Role:

• Take charge of the entire workers' compensation claim process, working closely with a claims manager to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes and reduce claim costs.
• Manage proactive case management and early intervention to support injured employees in their return to work.
• Provide support to senior advisors and step in during leave periods to maintain continuity within the team.

About You:

• You are a seasoned workers' compensation professional with experience in one of these three legislations (NSW, VIC, QLD) 
• You have strong technical experience in RTW, with a proven ability to manage claims and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with strong teamwork skills.
• Immediate availability is essential, as this role requires someone who can hit the ground running.
