The role: 

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives.
• Expand the client base by nurturing new relationships and enhancing revenue streams from existing clients.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of Account Executives, from recruitment and onboarding to training, coaching, and leadership, ensuring exceptional performance.
• Inspire and guide the team to drive revenue growth through new business development and proactive lead pursuit.
• Interact with potential clients through diverse channels to comprehend their needs, evaluate industry risks, and grasp market trends.
• Negotiate terms with both internal and external underwriting stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge exchange among colleagues across various departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory mandates.

About you:

• Vast background in Insurance Broking
• Established leadership capabilities with a commitment to mentoring and training.
• Devoted to fortifying compliance standards and refining processes.
• Acquainted with operating within tightly regulated industries.
• Ideally possesses Tier 1 accreditation or relevant qualifications in Insurance Broking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing extensive client volumes within Insurance
• Proficient in utilising software applications like Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication prowess.
• Natural aptitude for building rapport and fostering connections.
• Strong problem-solving acumen coupled with a proactive attitude.
• Driven by the pursuit of goals and a desire to make a tangible impact.
• Enthusiastic about learning and quick to adapt to new systems and technologies.
