HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and is recruiting an opportunity for an experienced Liability Claims Consultant to join a leading insurer located in Sydney CBD.

As a Liability Claims Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of Personal Injury-Liability claims. This role involves end-to-end claims management and ensures compliance with policies and legislative requirements.

• Manage and resolve claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
• Develop claim management strategies, maintaining accurate financial data and reserves.
• Collaborate with customers, external suppliers, and service providers.
• Handle complaints and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date claim data and reporting.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in liability claims or insurance/TPA environments.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

Benefits

• Salary (experience dependent): $85,000 - $90,000 + Super
• Permanent full-time role and office located in Sydney CBD
• Hybrid working arrangements: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
