HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and is recruiting an opportunity for an experienced Liability Claims Consultant to join a leading insurer located in Sydney CBD.
As a Liability Claims Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of Personal Injury-Liability claims. This role involves end-to-end claims management and ensures compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
Develop claim management strategies, maintaining accurate financial data and reserves.
Collaborate with customers, external suppliers, and service providers.
Handle complaints and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date claim data and reporting.
About you:
2+ years of experience in liability claims or insurance/TPA environments.
Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
Ability to interpret policies, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
Benefits
Salary (experience dependent): $85,000 - $90,000 + Super
Permanent full-time role and office located in Sydney CBD
Hybrid working arrangements: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
