We are now expanding our expertise into a Legal, Risk and Compliance desk based in Sydney. This is a desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles between $70,000 - $200,000 salary ranges and passionate about building their knowledge within insurance. The Role:
You will be responsible for growing our Legal, Risk and Compliance desk
Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.
Salary: Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure
Location: Sydney CBD
Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss)
You Will Have:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in a recruitment agency for a minimum of 1 year.
Experience in building and growing a successful desk.
Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.
An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
