We are now expanding our General Insurance Broking desk which can be based in Sydney or Brisbane. This is a warm desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles between $70,000 - $200,000 salary ranges and passionate about building their knowledge within insurance.

The Role: 

• You will be responsible for growing our Insurance Broking desk in Queensland, this can be managed from either our Sydney office or remotely in QLD. 
• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
• You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.
• Salary: Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure
• Location: Sydney CBD or QLD Remote option
• Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss)

You Will Have: 

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant for a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience in building and growing a successful desk.
• Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking. 
• An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
• With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
• Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
