Are you an experienced HR consultant with a passion for helping technology companies scale their operations effectively? We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior HR Process & Organization Consultant to guide IT companies through critical stages of organizational development.
 
This is a freelance, remote role with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Occasional in-person meetings with C-level executives may be required in Europe or UK.
 
About the Role
 
As our Senior HR Consultant, you will partner with a range of IT companies—from scaling startups to well-established organizations—to optimize their HR processes and organizational structures. Your primary focus will be on defining and implementing strategies that support rapid growth, enhance team performance, and strengthen company culture.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• KPI & Metrics Definition: Define and establish key HR performance indicators (KPIs) for product and team development. This includes creating metrics to track growth, efficiency, and overall team health.
• HR Technology Consulting: Advise on, select, and implement best-in-class HR technology tools to track team growth, monitor performance, and manage HR data efficiently.
• Organizational Design: Provide expert consulting on organizational design to ensure structures align with business goals and support continuous growth.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement effective HR performance frameworks that are tailored to the unique needs of a fast-paced technology environment.
• Culture & Engagement: Advise on strategies to nurture and scale a positive company culture as the organization grows.
• Executive Collaboration: Collaborate directly with C-level directors to present insights, propose strategic initiatives, and align HR efforts with overall business objectives.

 
Ideal Candidate Profile
 

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated senior-level experience in HR consulting, specifically with IT companies that have undergone rapid and medium growth.
• Scaling Expertise: Prior experience working with organizations in the 1,000 to 3,000 employee range.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the technology industry, including product and software development lifecycles.
• HR Tech Proficiency: Deep knowledge of various HR tools and platforms used for performance tracking, analytics, and employee management.
• Strategic & Analytical: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Independent & Proactive: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently and work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent Communicator: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with and influence C-level executives.
