We're seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be a key player in a greenfield implementation project, defining and executing financial procedures within the manufacturing and beauty industry. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, with Italian being a valuable asset.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Lead the SAP FI module implementation from scratch for a new manufacturing and beauty business.
• Analyze and document current financial processes to design and propose new, optimized procedures within SAP FI.
• Configure and customize the SAP FI module (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Ledger) to meet business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between modules.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any post-implementation issues.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business process procedures (BPPs), configuration documents, and user manuals.

 
Qualifications
 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, with a proven track record of successful full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in all sub-modules of SAP FI.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the manufacturing or beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Italian proficiency is a plus.
