Responsibilities… You have responsibility for managing the sales budget and motivating a sales team of field-based sales representatives. While you are managing a team, this is a hands-on role; you will also help increase sales via your relationships with key architects, interior designers, builders, developers, project home builders and the trade. You have the responsibility for developing the business plan for SA and executing it effectively.
You also have the responsibility to work closely with cross functional teams such as operations and admin staff, along with finance, marketing etc.
You are... Commercially astute, you drive sales with passion, organisation and great influence. While you are strategic, you work hands-on to manage clients along with your sales team. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team and increase sales. Previous sales management experience within the building is also required, along with the ability to sell products based on differentiating factors such as brand rather than price.
