B2B and B2C/DIY marketing role, work on digital and traditional marketing projects. Career development position with an experienced marketing team

The firm is seeking the services of a Marketing Assistant to assist in building and maintaining the brand, along with the launch of new products in consumer/DIY and B2B markets. You will be working in modern offices in Western Sydney and have the opportunity to apply your marketing skills across a wide variety of marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities - Work across a variety of communications media such as brochures, advertising, catalogues, newsletters, website, digital, social, channel support activities, promotions and tradeshows
- Manage requests from the sales team for sales support materials, along with working on the production of product information, tech data sheets and product launch materials
- Assisting in the production and proofing of packaging materials, instructions and warranty details
- Copy and content creation and execution, including eDM, socials and print
- Working closely with a variety of agencies, printers etc. and briefing them effectively
Qualifications & Experience - Tertiary marketing qualifications (a marketing or business-based degree)
- Up to2 years’ experience in a previous marketing position (this is not a graduate role, rather a next step up the marketing career ladder)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experience using the Adobe Suite and Canva
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding communication skills - strong written and verbal ability
- Good analytical ability and use of MS Excel
